The storage facility is located at 8293 Goshen Avenue in Visalia, California. Blackhawk has received approval from the City of Visalia Planning Department and has also received the approved final building permits. It is estimated the construction of the facility will begin the first quarter of 2008, and should be completed and open for business in 2009. This storage facility will be operated and managed by Blackhawk Management Company. The facility will offer both climate and non-climate controlled units, will boasts 24 hour state of the art security, and will allow for gated and keyed entry.
